Coffee and Tea
We believe good coffee is fundamental and a prerequisite to any quality Bistro establishment. We searched the entire island of Ireland and even looked at suppliers in England. After tasting over 30 different coffees we eventually agreed that Mr Exclusive from Lucaffe would be the house coffee for Taste.
A blend of the finest 100% Arabica beans from South America, Asia and Africa are brought together to form an intoxicating aroma of freshly baked bread. After arriving in Italy, beans are roasted very slowly to avoid thermal shocks and so the natural oils do not reach too high a temperature.
Via Lucaffe’s unique coffee pod system (single serve measures, packed seconds after roasting for maximum freshness), we are also able to offer our customers a range of other Lucaffe coffees including the world famous Jamaican Blue Mountain which, some would say, is the absolute finest coffee in the world.
