A new modern, innovative and vibrant Bistro and Wine Bar set right in the heart of Enniskillen, the capital town of Co. Fermanagh in Northern Ireland. Taste offers a unique and contemporary industrial design and a modern, relaxed, informal environment.
Our Bistro offers simple and modern food, cooked with the greatest of care and using the best ingredients available. Simple, short menus will allow us to focus on delivering great dishes with the emphasis on freshness, flavour and quality. We will also endeavour to cook and utilize ingredients which are in season.
